Q: I want to order hard copies of the manuals. How do I go about?
A: Step 1 – send an email to support@abahealth.co.za with your request. Book fees are as follows:
NQF Level 4 -Learning Program 1: R505.00
NQF Level 5 – Learning Program 1: R315.00
NQF Level 5 – Bridging: R200.00
Step 2 – Upon receipt of your invoice, make payment using your invoice number as reference.
Step 3 – The office will now send your books by courier and send you a waybill number.
Q: Who is my assessor and how do I get hold of her.
A: Your assessor is Annalese van Staden. You can make an appointment on the student portal with her or send her a direct WhatsApp on 083 653 6165 or the ECD Helpline on 069 560 3376. You are also welcome to send an email to assessor@abahealth.co.za. Expect an answer within 24 hours.

A: A maximum of 2 weeks extension is allowed. The assessor should be notified of your intention to submit late.

Q: My debit order failed or I do not have money for my debit order. What do I do now?
A: After a failed debit order, you would have received a WhatsApp from our admin offices. An EFT payment must now be made within 48 hours.
