Children learn through play. They instinctively side into play mode without thinking! This is a “how-to” course for Nursery School teachers and assistants that will give them the tools to effect good learning by playing. As we move through the age groups, the what, when, where and how we use to play as a learning tool will be fully discussed. Toys and play objects are shown to contribute to the development of language, imagination and intellectual achievement and to be effective in a child’s physical and emotional wellness. You will be trained to function within the field of age-appropriate developmental skills putting your class and school a cut above the rest! We will teach you to develop games as well as to make equipment that can be used to affect learning. Be ready to absorb the many tips and suggestions that you can use in your class immediately!
